This Cisco CP-8811 UC Phone series VoIP 5-Line PoE Gigabit IP Phone is guaranteed to be in good working and physical condition with minor scratches and scuffing from normal use.
It was tested with the following notes from our testing technician:
- it was powered on using our in house 48VDC power supply as well using a PoE.
- it was connected to our in house switch and assigned an IP Address with no issues.
- all the buttons are responsive the display is bright.
- the handset, speaker and microphone and the phone speaker are in good working condition
- its was reset to its factory default after the test, for further customization like background modification the item require CUCM Software.
